Σ.ATHANASIADIS&CO began its journey in 1987. It started providing structural drawings of reinforced concrete buildings (residential, offices, industrial) doing static and dynamic calcuations in hand. By the year 2000 it entered the market of real estate and construction industry undertaking mainly the project management.

MEMBERS OF THE COMPANY
Stergios Athanasiadis, the initiator of the company, is a civil engineer with expertise in structural engineering, construction project management and real estate market. He obtained his diploma from Civil Engineering department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Savvas Athanasiadis, an ambitious Civil Engineer specialized in Structural Engineering, graduated from the Civil Engineering department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has published two reasearch papers which are parts of his diploma thesis project.

Chrysanthi is a political scientist graduated from the departement of Political Science of Aristotle University of Thessalomiki with a master's degree in international relations gained from University of Piraeus. Through her time of living abroad he gained excellenct communication skills which help her in sales, with excellent fluency in English, French and Turkish.
