A fine neighborhood in the ‘Amfipolis’ complex, block 448 represents the fine qualities of the whole project: individuality of each building, perfect exploitation of space, balance between interior and outdoor spaces, modern lifestyle amenities. The block consists of five 15.000 m2, 5-storey buildings, each one consisting of 30 luxury apartments, coming in small size (20, 50, 60 m2), medium (100, 120, 130 m2) and large size (150, 200, 300 m2), all serviced by individual indoor parking space as well as by a common 1500 m2 underground parking lot.
The surroundings are planted with flowers and ornamental trees. All five buildings face an open area reserved for a municipal park. The buildings evolve in a vertical scale, each one taller than the previous, following the ground’s morphology. The buildings, set in two groups of two and three adjoining buildings respectively, evolve along the three streets that constitute the plot’s facade.
