Block 437 represents the largest part of the ‘Amfipolis’ complex, evolving in two volumes of five buildings each that are attached with each other, forming a ‘Π’ and set along the plot’s perimeter facing three streets and the complex’s inside road. Each group includes luxury apartments of 80, 100, 150, 200 and 250 m2, occupying a total area of 20.000 m2. All of them are serviced by indoor parking
spaces and a common 5000 m2 underground parking lot. Completion time 16 months.

The complexity and the size of the project require the coordination of a large team of engineers and construction workers.
