In a 7000 m2 plot enjoying views of the Thermaikos Gulf in Pylaia district lies the ‘Notea’ project, a residential complex consisting of four 5-storey blocks and four maisonettes that cover a total area of 15.000 m2. ‘Notea’ evolves in a ‘Π’, covering three of the plot’s sides and giving air and facade to all residences, having a landscaped park in the middle.
Aged red brick is the complex’s dominant feature, accompanying the concrete element that comes
in tones of ochre and gray. The glass used on the balconies adds to its rather soft volumes, strategically set green areas embroidering the built space. First two blocks accommodate ten luxury apartments of 120,150, 180 and 200 m2 that fully enjoy the view to the gulf, next two blocks evolve on the back
of the plot that faces the main street, each one holding fifteen 120, 130, 160 and 250 m2 luxury apartments, while the four-storey maisonettes are of 400 m2 each, facing the park.
Interior spaces were constructed to have exceptional basics and flawless infrastructure and their materials were in most cases customized. All of the residences are serviced by individual outdoor parking space. Completion time 14 months.
