Situated in the very heart of Thessaloniki’s so called historical center, on the corner of Dragoumi and Tsimiski street, lies one of the city’s most distinctive listed buildings, dating back to 1923.
We took over the neoclassical building’s regeneration, a challenging as much as honouring project for our people that included a complete renovation of the old four-storey building, concerning both its infrastructure and exterior, as well as the addition of a fifth floor. Foundations and frame reinforcement, molding and restoring the ornamental plasters and colouring the facade were completed within 9 months and handled this glorious building to the people of Thessaloniki looking better than it ever has.
