Undertaking the project from zero, we began from the execution of the topographic survey of the plot. We continued with architectural conception and zoning the building inside the plot. After a lot of sugestions to our clients, we finalize the architectural study of the building which consist of 160,18 square meters of residential space with 78,59 square meters of basement, 60,92 square meters of loft and 20,68 square meters rooftop. Our civil engineers undertake the strucural study of the building producing also its structural drawings, the energy consuption study of the building, the production of the timeline schedule and the payment of the tax contributions for the building permit. Our parter mechanical enginer completed the electromechanical studies of the building.
After collecting all the studies Σ.ATHANASIADIS&CO issued the building permission continuing with the construction of the project and its project management.
The project is under construction, completing almost the 70% of total works within the timeline schedule.
