Set in a newly founded residential area of Thessaloniki, the ‘Erotokritos’ project is a modern residential complex that includes independent residences of over 100 m2, evolving in four blocks. Sharing the same architectural character, all four-leveled buildings incorporate marble and red brick along with the concrete elements used in a way that highlights the different volumes and adds depth to the construction’s squared -in accordance with the town planning- shape. For each residence, there has been reserved the largest possible green area, planted with ornamental trees and plants.
Block A of the ‘Erotokritos’ complex is set in a in a plot of 800 m2 and consists of four roofed independent residences of 150 m2 each that evolve in two levels and four 140 m2, three-storey maisonettes, each coming with a garden and an outdoor parking space, occupying the residences’ facade. The houses were designed and constructed to be functional and time enduring, the indoor
space featuring expensive materials and installations for state-of-the-art technology.
