In the center of Panorama, one of the most valued suburbs in East Thessaloniki defined by its quality urban environment and natural beauty, the ‘Panthea’ complex consists of two 3000 m2 units that evolve in four levels, following the ground’s slope, all enjoying unobstructed views of the Thermaikos gulf.
The first unit evolves in four independent four-storey residences of 250, 300, 400 and 450 m2, each one owning a 400 m2 individual garden as well as indoor parking space. The second unit consists of three adjoining independent residences of 350, 450 and 750 m2, of which the first two have four
storeys and a 500 m2 garden, the third one evolving in five storeys and coming with a 1000 m2 garden and underground parking area.
All interior spaces embed marble and steel elements, including reinforced insulation to resist the area’s low temperatures. Its form, evolving in a horizontal perspective, is intersected by red-coloured steel, also featuring stone.
The project was completed within 12 months.
